Professional Journey
Dr. Fina Francis began her clinical career at the District Government Homoeopathic Hospital, Alappuzha (Alleppey), Kerala, where she was also part of the Government Cancer Project (2008). This early experience shaped her commitment to providing accessible and effective homeopathic care.
Over the years, she has gained extensive experience working with reputed private and corporate clinics, including ANN's Homoeo Clinic, Ernakulam, and AIHMS Homoeopathy, Bangalore.
Currently, she serves as the Chief Physician at KAIR Homoeo Clinic, HAL 3rd Stage, Bangalore, where she offers personalised homeopathic care with a holistic approach.
Research Focus
Dr. Fina Francis is actively involved in research on materialised learning and early numerical intelligence (mathematical ability).
She believes that early numeracy builds a strong foundation for future STEM learning and offers early numeracy assessment for preschool children using the internationally recognised TEMA-3 standardised tool.
